Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for shopping at A Teacher’s Wonderland. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. Our digital products, including but not limited to software, downloadable content, and online courses, are subject to the following refund policy.

General Conditions:

  • All digital product sales are considered final due to the nature of downloadable files and your permanent access to them after purchase.
  • Refunds will not be given for change of mind or if you accidentally purchase the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:

Non-Delivery of Product: In case you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing due to technical issues with our website or your email server, contact us within 21 days from the purchase date. After verifying the issue, we will resend the product or issue a refund. *We are in the process of moving ALL of our resources to be housed on separate site. Some products may be in the transition process and may need to be transferred still. Please pardon our dust during the transition.

Procedure:

To initiate a refund, please contact us at Ronnie@ATeachersWonderland.com. Provide your order number, the email used for purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund. We may require additional information or evidence to process your request.

Refund Processing:

Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
